1. RATES AND PRICES
~ All rates quoted in this tariff Malaysian Ringgit are NETT and non commissionable and are valid from 01st Apr 2008 to 31st
March 2009 unless stated.
~ Group rates for 7 paxs and above are available on request basis.
~ Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
~ Rates are not valid during Trade Fairs, Special Events & Block Out Dates
Currency : All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise specified
Conversion Rates : Due to removal of the capital control by the Malaysia Government for a manage float, a conversion rate of MYR 3.14=USD 1.00 will be adopted when making payment to Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd. Payment using other conversion rate and/or other currencies is conditional on prior agreement with Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd.
Change of Exchange Rates : Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the conversion rate in section 2.2 correspondingly.
Change of Prices : All prices quoted are correct at the time of printing. In the event a service provider increases it's prices to Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd during the course of this contract, Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd reserves the right to increase the prices under this MIDDLE EAST TARIFF 2008/2009 to the extent that prices charged to Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd have been increased. Advice of such price changes will be made from Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd upon notice of reservation confirmation for products whose prices have been increased. Clients partaking the service after such an advice will signify acceptance of the prices revision.
In order to handle your reservations efficiently, please advise exact confirmed Arrival / Departure dates, Flight details, number of persons (children/infant with their age), Meal preferences, Rooms requirements with type, Preferred Hotels, Tour names with booking reference number, Payment methods or Collection Amount, etc. All reservation requests should be directed to reservation team department Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd.
3. BOOKING PROCEDURES

Confirmation of Service Requirement : Each booking shall not deemed to be confirmed until and unless Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd shall have issued it's confirmation in writing. Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd reserves the right not to accept any booking at its absolute discretion without having to assign any reason for so doing. All confirmation of services from Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd as regards to the service requested will not be accompanied with rates. The confirmation is on the understanding that the applicable rates shall be the contracted rates within the contracted period and/or on specific terms stipulated in their own respective sections.
Acceptance of Booking by Agent : All confirmed bookings sent by Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd to agent will be assumed to have been accepted by the agent. For cases when the requested service is not available, alternative services may be offered by Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd. In such cases, a written advice of acceptance by the agent to Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd within a specified deadline is required.
4. CANCELLATIONS, PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS,"NO SHOW" AND AMENDMENT CHARGE
Sanabil Holiday will not impose cancellations charges. However, hotels, carriers, contractors, etc., do charge fees depending on circumstances. If suppliers impose cancellation fees, we will pass on the costs accordingly. You will be advised of the cancellations deadline at time of confirmation. It is your responsibility to find out the deadline if for whatever reason you were not informed accordingly. If charged, these will be debited to you.
Cancellation procedures : Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd must be notified in writing of any cancellation by fax or electronic mail. A notice is only consider to have been served provided that an acknowledgement and acceptance by Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd is obtained. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt nor acceptance of the cancellation notice. Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd will not entertain any request for waiver of cancellation charges or refunds (where applicable ) for noncompliance of this procedures.
Cancellation Charges : Cancellation is non refund in full or in part.
“No Show” : In the event a client is a “No Show”, no refund in full or in part will be given for services in the programme not utilized.
Amendment fees : Once a booking has been made, any change is subject to a communications fee of RM50 per change. Once documents have been issued, any change will be subject to a minimum administration fee of RM100 in addition to communications charges.
Prices : Because of the volatility of exchange rates for many of the destinations the company offers, we recommend you confirm our price at time of booking. All prices are subject to change or surcharge. Once we have received your deposit you would be given the opportunity to pay in full to avoid a price increase (should it occur) or cancel your booking without penalty.
5. HOTEL RATES
Rates are NETT inclusive of service charge, tax and non-commissionable unless specified.
Service Voucher : Please issue one service order for services required to“Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd”. Only services indicated will be provided.
Hotel Voucher : After full payment is received, Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd will issue hotel voucher direct to hotel booked. Passengers can hold agents service order to check in hotel.
Hotel Rates : Rates are NETT inclusive of 5 % government tax & 10% services charges and non commissionable unless specified.
6. TOUR FARE
Included In Tour Fare : Items and services included for each tour programme are listed in their own respective sections.
Excluded In Tour Fare : Flight tickets, airport tax, tips to porter, bellman, hotel maids or local guides; items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, excess baggage fees and meals (unless specified in the itineraries); daily parking fees at hotel and any other items not specifically mentioned as included will be borne by the client directly.
Payment and Invoicing : Bookings less than 14 days prior to arrival Full payment must reach Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd bank account at least 5 Malaysian business days before the client's arrival. Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd reservesthe right not to proceed with such request. It is advisable the agent forward to Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd a floating deposit and/or other form of collaterals to bridge the payment for such last minute request. In the event payment are not received the booking shall be deemed cancelled and that Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to third parties in respect of such cancellation and that the agent should indemnify Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd against any and all liability.
Type of Payment : Payment shall be made to SANABIL HOLIDAY SDN BHD using one of the following modes :
Bank drafts which are drawn on Malaysian : Bank drafts which are drawn on Malaysian banks. When making payment, please advise us our file reference and/or invoice number with a detailed breakdown of amount paid for each invoice/file. When making payment, please advise us our file reference and/or invoice number, your date of remittance, the total amount remitted with a detailed breakdown of amount paid for each invoice/file, your banker and the corresponding bank Malaysia. A faxed copy to Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd of the remittance advice obtained from your bank will also facilitate in the clearance of payment from our local bank.
Payment Amount : Payment amount received must be as per invoice amount due to Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd. Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge any balance of short payment due to incurred bank charges. Bank charges are to be borne by the payer.
Payment Dispute : In the event of any dispute over invoices, the total sum claimed by Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd shall be paid first. After reconciliation between both parties, Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd will then issue a Credit Note or a Supplementary Invoice to effect the adjustments.
Deposits : When necessary, Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd may request for a separately maintained floating deposits sum and/or other form of collaterals.
After commencement of travel, no refund in part or in full will be given to unutilized services
Sanabil Holiday Sdn Bhd., acts only as an agent for carriers, transportation companies, hotels and all other contractors and will, therefore, disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages, accidents, change of schedule or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond our control. Sanabil Holiday Sdn. Bhd., also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.

Sanabil Holiday Sdn. Bhd acts only as agents for transportation companies, hotels and all other contractors/suppliers and finalizes all arrangement upon the expressed condition that it shall not be liable for any injury, damages, loss, accident, inadvertent errors in booking, delays generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, vessel or aircraft or through the acts or defaults, of any company or person engaged in conveying or accommodating passengers or in the carrying out of arrangements of the ground content, tours or otherwise in connection with its operations. To protect you and Sanabil Holiday, we require all clients to be adequately insured against the above mentioned liabilities. Sanabil Holiday will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the client/s as a result of the foregoing causes over which it has no control, such as war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God or Government, broken machinery or equipment requires as part of client/s’ itinerary, or unavoidable events that caused the clients’ itinerary unenforceable. Any charges levied by hotels, airline or other suppliers must be borne by the pax. Sanabil Holiday reserves the right to alter the itineraries and/or substitute services with or without prior notice as a result of circumstances beyond our control or if it is deemed to be in the best interest of all parties concerned. The terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of Malaysia as that law is constructed and amended from time to time and any action in connection with contract shall be brought in the Malaysian court having jurisdiction.
Any term, conditions, stipulation, provision, covenant or undertaking in these Terms and Conditions which is illegal, void, prohibited or unenforceable shall be ineffective only to be extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceable without invalidating the whole such term, condition, stipulation, provision, covenant or undertaking or affecting the validity or enforceability thereof and any such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability shall not invalidate or render illegal, void or unenforceable any other term, condition, stipulation, provision, covenant or undertaking herein contains.
